The Orono Red Riots were the preseason favorites to win class B. Thursday night, the Red Riots will have their biggest test in the early 2015/2016 season when they travel to East Corinth for a boys basketball matchup with the Central Red Devils. The game can be heard live right here starting around 6:45 PM on Thursday evening.
The Red Riots (3-0) have defeated Houlton 53-37, Hermon 59-42, and John Bapst 55-36. Central (3-1) has wins over Mattanawcook 82-71, Houlton 67-31, and PCHS (66-44. The only loss for the Red Devils came at Ellsworth by a score of 71-60.
