Highview Christian girls soccer picks up first win

CHARLESTON- The Highview Christian Academy Knights girls soccer team picked up their first victory of the year with a 7-0 Class D win over Woodland at Highview Christian Academy Saturday afternoon.

Hannah Goulet, Javana Philbrick, and Jenna Kepple all had two goals each for the 1-1 Knights as the host team built a 4-0 halftime lead.

Katelyn Shaw had the other tally for Highview Christian. The Knights will next face Valley of Bingham on the road Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m.

Woodland drops their record to 0-3 and will host East Grand on Monday at 4 p.m.
