GUILFORD– Halle Pelletier recorded 22 points, 16 rebounds, seven steals, six assists, and five blocks to lead the Greenville Lakers to a 50-26 victory over Piscataquis Community HIgh School (PCHS) on Friday night. The highlight was the sixth annual Aliza Jean Cancer Foundation night.

The Lakers scored the first 12 points of the game and held a 13-3 lead after the first quarter. Jessica Pomerleau (6) and Pelletier (5) combined for 11 of the 13 Greenville first quarter points. Pelletier put in seven points in the second quarter to help expand the Lakers lead to 26-9 going into halftime.
Elizabeth Kendall scored a team high 13 points, including three 3 pointers for the Pirates. Hope Adkins added nine points, while Macee Pearl chipped in with four points. PCHS (4-13) will finish their season on Monday when they host Lee Academy.
Pomerleau, Lila Knowlton, and Tiegan Murray put in six points each for the Lakers. Murray pulled down nine rebounds, Pomerleau had nine assists. Greenville (10-6) will finish the regular season with games against Bangor Christian and Valley.
