BANGOR- At news conferences held in Augusta, Bangor, and Portland today, the Maine Association announced the AA/A/B and C/D North and South Selections player selections for the 2019 annual Maine McDonald’s All-Star high school senior basketball games to be played on March 9th at Newman gymnasium at Husson University in Bangor.
Bailey Donovan of Hampden Academy earned a spot as a semi finalist for Miss Basketball. The Broncos will take on Annie Cook and Skowhegan in the class A north regional final on Friday night. Cook joins Donovan as one of the 10 best female senior basketball players in the state. Joining them are Mackenzie Holmes (Gorham), Anna DeWolfe (Greely), Faith Blethen (Boothbay), Brianna Jordan (Gray), Katie Whitmore (South Portland), Grace Martin (Biddeford), McKenzy Ouellette (Massabesic), and Delaney Haines (Deering).

Matt Fleming and the Bangor Rams will take on Wol Maiwan and Edward Little in the class AA North regional final. Fleming and Maiwan are two of the 10 as Mr. Basketball semi finalists.
