On Thursday morning, Foxcroft Academy announced John Cornett will be taking over as the varsity girls basketball coach.
Cornett takes over for longtime coach Blake Smith. Cornett coached the Ponies boys soccer team this past fall season and he has 20 years of coaching experience in basketball, football, soccer, and also track and field in Florida and Georgia.
