Eastern Maine Sports broadcasting was scheduled to be in Old Town on Monday night for a class B girls basketball game between the Coyotes and Mattanawcook. The winter storm that is hitting Maine has changed those plans.
With the majority of the schedule postponed for Monday, a full slate of games will be on tap for Tuesday. Eastern Maine Sports will be in Guilford for a class C boys basketball game between the defending state champions from George Stevens and Piscataquis Community High School (PCHS). George Stevens started off the season with a win over Deer Isle-Stonington on Friday night. PCHS pulled off the biggest upset of opening weekend when they defeated Schenck on Saturday night.
