Each week during the high school sports season, Eastern Maine Sports will accept Rowell’s Garage athlete of the week nominations. The nominations will be updated daily. You can send your nominations to Marc @ easternmainesports@gmail.com. When you send your nominations include the athlete, name of the school, stats for the week of the nomination. Winners will be posted by Sunday each week. Please get the nominations in by 6 PM on Saturday, any nomination coming in after that time may be included on the nomination list the following week.

Female Nominations
- Lauren Martin- Foxcroft- field hockey- recorded a hat trick in 3-0 win over PCHS. Scored one goal in 3-1 loss to MCI. Had three goals in 6-0 win over Stearns.
- Rylee Speed- Central- soccer- recorded a hat trick in 7-2 win over Dexter.
- Izzy Allen- Central- soccer- had two goals in 7-2 win over Dexter. Had four goals in 10-0 win over Bangor Christian.
- Maddie Marino- Houlton- soccer- had four goals and two assists in 10-0 win over George Stevens. Scores two goals in 11-0 win over Lee.
- Savannah Durost- PVHS- soccer- the freshman had a hat trick in 9-0 win over Searsport.
- Mylee Sylvia- Houlton- soccer- the freshman had four goals in 11-0 win over Lee.
Male Nominations
- Cam Hughes- Brewer- football- had 173 yards and four touchdowns on 22 carries in 35-6 win over Bangor.
- Trent Goss- Bucksport- soccer- the freshman had a hat trick in 10-1 win over Mattanawcook.
- Evan Donnell- Bucksport- soccer- scored four goals and had one assist in 5-0 win over Searsport. Had four goals in 4-2 win over Orono.
- Kaden Theriault- Fort Kent – soccer- was key in helping Warriors comeback from a 5-1 deficit. Kaden assisted on one goal and scored four goals, nailing the winning goal in the net in OT in 7-6 win over Presque Isle.
- Jacob Cousins – Central- golf- had low boys score of 44 in win over PVHS.
- Kenori Simons- Washington Academy- soccer- had four goals in 8-1 win over Houlton.
- Bryce Connor- Dexter – football finished with 15 carries for 177 yards, 4 touchdowns, two rushing point after scores. Also threw for 49 yards and another td. Also had a 91 yard kick return td. On defense he had eight tackles in 76-56 win over Mattanawcook.
- Gage Beaudry- carried the ball 31 times for 245 yards and 4 four touchdowns and six rushing point after scores. On defense he had five tackles, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 76-56 win over Mattanawcook.

Jack Brewer – Orono- football- the sophomore quarterback went 24/42 passing, 322 yards, 4 TDs, 1 INT; 8 carries, 27 yards, 1 TD In 36-30 loss to Stearns.
