PORTLAND— The Maine Mayhem have punched their tickets to Championship Weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Mayhem finished their season atop their division and will represent the East in the 2016 IWFL Affiliate Bowl. IWFL Championship Weekend takes place in Charlotte, North Carolina from July 21st to July 23rd. The weekend includes the Affiliate Bowl, IWFL World Championship and All-Star game. Several members of the Maine Mayhem were also selected to the 2016 IWFL All Star Teams. First team All Stars: Alicia Jeffords, Paula Beaulieu. Second team All Stars: Theresa Hendrix, Frankie Curtis, and Jessikah Lopez. The Maine Mayhem is a professional women’s tackle football team that plays home games in Portland, Maine.
