Chris Lessner will be providing in-game live updates of the home opener and conference opener for Maine Football Saturday afternoon. Maine welcomes in the #11 team in all of FCS, the James Madison University Dukes. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 pm on Morse Field at Harold Alfond Sports Stadium.
Maine (0-2) had last week off and comes back home after two defeats on the road to FBS opponents UConn and Toledo by scores of 24-21 and 45-3.
JMU (2-1) is coming off their first loss last week against FBS opponent North Carolina on the road 56-28. The Dukes have averaged 54.5 points a game and have over 1,000 yards rushing (339 yard avg/per game) in the first three contests.
