The Boston Celtics started the season by splitting their first two games. Isaiah Thomas recorded 26 points, nine rebounds, and six assists to lead the C’s in a 122-117 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night at the TD Garden. The 122 points was the most for the Celtics in season opener since 1990.
Thomas scored 25 points on Thursday night, but it wasn’t enough as the Celtics fell 105-99 against the Bulls at Chicago. Thomas shot 10-15 from the field.
The Celtics will attempt to go over .500 when they travel to Charlotte for a matchup against the Hornets on Saturday night. Game time is scheduled for 7 PM
