Adam LaBrie scored his second goal of the game in overtime to lift Thomas College to a 3-2 victory over Husson in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) men’s soccer semifinal game at Thomas on Tuesday night.
Saker Ghanayem scored the only goal in the first half to give the Eagles a 1-0 lead. They expanded that lead to 2-0 on a Jimmy Fitzpatrick goal early in the second half. LaBrie cut the lead in half, while Willie Clemons evened things up late in regulation.
Top seeded Thomas will host New England College in the conference game on Saturday. The sixth seeded Pilgrims upset second seeded Castleton in a semifinal game on Tuesday.
