Al Horford put in a game winning bucket and blocked a shot in the final seconds to lift the Boston Celtics to a 94-92 win at Detroit on Saturday evening.
Horford missed the previous eight games with a concussion. He finished with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Isaiah Thomas had 24 points and eight assists.
Jae Crowder also returned to the starting lineup after missing a significant amount of time. The Celtics return to action on Monday night at Minnesota.
