The Boston Celtics used a 10-0 fourth quarter run on Tuesday night, opening up their five game West Coast road trip with a 111-107 win over the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Golden State (11-10) had the lead early on, using a run of their own of 17-6 to take a 35-24 lead after one quarter. Boston (11-8) rallied though and tied it by halftime at 52-52. The Celtics pushed ahead and led the entire third quarter, before the host Warriors took their first lead since the second quarter at 90-89 when Andrew Wiggins slammed one home with 9:13 left in the game. With the score tied at 96-96, the visitors would then take the game over that ultimately made the difference. A tip in by Grant Williams, a three-pointer by Kemba Walker, a Jaylen Brown three point play, and then a defensive play and dunk by Brown fueled that 10-0 run with just four minutes left. Golden St. got within four on a Wiggins shot with a minute left, but Jayson Tatum and Williams both hit a pair of free throws in the final 49 seconds to ice the win.

Tatum led the way with 27 points, nine rebounds, and three assists in the Boston win. Walker had 19 points, seven rebounds, and five assists, while Brown finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Williams was huge off the bench scoring 15 points and grabbing four rebounds in 27 minutes. Tristan Thompson also got into double figures with 13 points and eight rebounds. Steph Curry led all scorers in the loss for Golden State with 38 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists. The Celtics are in Sacramento to play the Kings Wednesday night at 10 p.m.
