The high school sports winter season is only four days old, but changes were forced to that schedule due to a Monday snowstorm. The Eastern Maine broadcasting scheduled game at Old Town between the Coyotes and Mattanawcook Lynx girls basketball was rescheduled for January 2nd. Stearns and Penobscot Valley girls basketball will make up their class C clash on Wednesday night in Millinocket.
Penquis at Dexter girls basketball has been rescheduled for January 16th. Piscataquis Community High School (PCHS) Pirates girls basketball will travel to Blue Hill on Tuesday night for their makeup game with George Stevens. The Woodland at Narragusgus girls game will also be played tomorrow night.
The Mattanawcook at Old Town boys basketball game scheduled for tomorrow night has been moved to Thursday night, due to a concert that will be happening at Old Town high school.
Eastern Maine Sports will have live audio coverage of George Stevens at PCHS boys basketball on Tuesday night. Coverage will begin around 6:50 PM.
