A total of 28 high school basketball games are scheduled around Eastern Maine today.
Brewer will host Oceanside in a class A matchup that will highlight the 17 game boys schedule. Brewer (3-1) has won three straight since a season opening loss to Cony. Oceanside (4-1) defeated Lawrence and Belfast since a loss at Medomak Valley on December 12th.
Washington Academy will travel to Hermon for a key class B boys basketball clash this afternoon. The Raiders (3-1) loss to MDI. In their other three games they have won each by at least 20 points. The Hawks (4-1) also fell to MDI, they have impressive wins over Orono and Ellsworth.
The Central Red Devils girls basketball team will look to improve to 5-0 when they travel to Foxcroft Academy (4-2) this evening. The Red Devils have only allowed 27.5 PPG. The Ponies are coming off a 37-31 win over Washington Academy.
Eastern Maine Sports will have live Audio coverage of the John Bapst (2-4) at Central (3-1) this evening at 6:50 PM.
