DEXTER— The Newport Warriors Unified team defeated Dexter 62-50 on Tuesday afternoon at Ed Guiski gymnasium.
Nate Seekins scored 26 points to lead the Warriors. Mikey Towle put in 12 points, while Katrina Bennet scored eight. Ashley Norris, Sam Vickman, and Jessica Alexander added four points each, while Kaylee Lancaster and Izzy Ayer added two points each.
Chase Rosga scored 24 points to lead the Tigers. Katie Getchell scored eight points, while Jeff Whitney, Nate Jerome, and Andy Ulrickson put in six points each.
Dexter will host Mt. View on Wednesday, play at Winslow on a Thursday p, and at Carrabec on Friday. The Tigers will finish their regular season on Tuesday, March 7th when they host Foxcroft Academy.
Nokomis will host Foxcroft Academy on Friday and finish their regular season at Mount View on Monday, March 6th.
