Rebar has three hits in Husson win: Eagles come home with 4-4 record

Ryan Rebar had three hits (two doubles) and three RBI in the Husson Eagles 5-4 win over WPI in the first game of a doubleheader at Lake Myrtle, Florida on Friday morning. 

With the scored tied at 4, Logan Rogerson led off the top of the sixth inning with a single. Mike Wong tripled home Rogerson to put the Eagles ahead 5-4.

Ben Walls earned the win with a complete game. Walls allowed four runs on eight hits and one walk, while striking out six. 

Game two went to WPI by a score of 12-3. Luke Covey had a double and two RBI. Alex Chapman had two hits and one RBI. 

Husson finished 4-4 on their Florida trip. The Eagles are scheduled to host Bates in a doubleheader on March 18th.
