The Boston Celtics jumped out to a 22-9 lead after the first quarter and never looked back in a 100-80 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Sunday afternoon at the TD Garden.
The Celtics had six players finish in double figures, led by Isaiah Thomas who had 22 points. Avery Bradley scored 17 points in 26 minutes. Al Horford recorded 12 points, seven rebounds, and six assists. Marcus Smart came off the bench to score 12 points, while Kelly Olynyk and Jaylen Brown put in 11 points each.
This was the first home game for the Celtics since March 1st.
