Koch the junior at Cedarville University is a five time all American and three time NCAA 800 meter champion (two indoors, one outdoor).
Koch is a 2014 graduate of Washburn high school where she was a key part of the powerhouse Beavers basketball teams and one of the best cross country runners in the state.
