NCAA grants Raheem Anderson fifth season

The NCAA announced on Thursday that Raheem Anderson of Husson University men’s basketball will get a fifth year of eligibility.

Anderson broke his ankle his freshman year and was limited to eight games. Husson put in paperwork to the NCAA in March for a medical hardship waiver.  They received the good news that their star player can suit up for a fifth season. 

Anderson averaged 26.3 points during the 2016/2017 season, good for fifth in th the country.
