The Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays will finish a four game series in the traditional Patriots Day game this morning at Fenway Park.
Pablo Sandoval will sit and Marco Hernandez will get the start at third base. Sandoval continued to struggles against lefties. Hernandez went 3-3 against Rays starter Blake Snell last season.
Hanley Ramirez is in the lineup despite lumping off the field yesterday. Steven Wright will look to bounce back after a rough outing his last time on the mound.
