Jimmy Butler scored 23 of his team high 30 points to lead the Chicago Bulls to a 106-102 win over the Boston Celtics in game one of the Eastern Conference quarterfinal series at the TD Garden on Sunday night.
A very emotional Isaiah Thomas scored 33 points to lead the Celtics. Thomas 22-year-old sister Chyna Thomas was killed in a one car accident on Saturday.
Game two of the best of seven series is scheduled for Tuesday night at Boston.
