Boston Red Sox lineup 4/18/17: Bogaerts leading off

The Boston Red Sox will start a three game series at Toronto on Tuesday night. Brian Johnson will be on the mound for the Red Sox. Johnson takes the spot in the rotation of Eduardo Rodriguez, who is on paternity leave.

Dustin Pedroia will get the start of the game off.  Marco Hernandez will replace Pedroia at second base for the night, while Xander Bogaerts will hit leadoff. Bogaerts is 8-17 in his career against Blue Jays starter Marcus Stroman. Game time is 7:07 PM on NESN and the Red Sox radio network. Below is the full lineup for this evening.
