Avery Bradley scored 29 points to lead the Boston Celtics to a 123-101 win over the Washington Wizards in game 5 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series at the TD Garden on Wednesday night.
The Celtics held a 33-21 lead after the first quarter and outscored the Wizards in all four quarters.
Al Horford recorded 19 points, seven assists, and six rebounds. Isaiah Thomas had 18 points and nine assists. Jae Crowder scored 18 points. And pulled down eight rebounds.
The Celtics now lead the series 3-2. Game six will be played on Friday night at Washington.
