The Cleveland Cavaliers outscored the Boston Celtics by 11 in each of the first two quarters to jump out to a 61-39 halftime lead and they cruised to a 117-104 win in game one of the Eastern Conference final series.
Lebron James led the Cavs with 38 points. Kevin Love added 32 points and 12 rebounds. Jae Crowder and Avery Bradley scored 21 points each for the Celtics.
Game two will be Friday night at the TD Garden.
