Kyrie Irving scored 21 of his game high 42 points in the third quarter to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 112-99 victory over the Boston Celtics in game four of the Eastern Conference finals on Tuesday night.
With the win, the Cavaliers took a 3-1 series lead. Game five will be Thursday night at Boston.
Lebron James put in 34 points for the Cavaliers. Avery Bradley and Jae Crowder led the Celtics with 19 points each.
The Celtics held a 57-47 halftime lead. The Cavaliers took over with a 40 point third quarter led by Irving.
