Celtics season ends as Cavs roll to Eastern Conference championship

The Boston Celtics season ended on Thursday night when they fell to the Cleveland Cavaliers 135-102 in game five of the Eastern Conference Finals at the TD Garden.

The Cavaliers will meet the Warriors in the NBA championship for the third straight season.

Lebron James scored 35 points to surpass Michael Jordan for most total postseason points.

Avery Bradley scored 23 points to lead the Celtics.
