America East baseball tournament to return to Orono

For the first time since 2004 the America East Conference has announced that the University of Maine and Mahaney Diamond will host the 2018 America East baseball championships.

UMaine was selected by the nine athletic directors as the host site during the leagues annual meetings in Savannah, Georgia. Maine also hosted the tournament in 1996 and 2002.

The six team tournament will be held from May 23-26, 2018.
