Mookie has record breaking day to help Red Sox complete sweep at Toronto

Mookie had a record breaking day in leading the Boston Red Sox to a 15-1 win at Toronto on Sunday afternoon. 

Betts had four hits, including two home tuns and eight RBI.  The eight RBI is the most ever by a Red Sox leadoff hitter.

Hanley Ramirez had three hits and three RBI, including a home run. Tzu-Wei Lin and Jackie Bradley JR had three hits each. 

While the offense was exploding, Drew Pomeranz was doing his thing on the mound. Pomeranz allowed one run on five hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out three. Fernando Abad pitched three scoreless innings to earn the save. 

The Red Sox swept the three game series. The first time they swept a series at Toronto since 2011.
