Gordon Hayward officially chooses to join Celtics

Gordon Hayward announced on Tuesday evening that he will be leaving the Utah Jazz and joining the Boston Celtics via free agency 

Hayward averaged 21.9 points and 5.4 rebounds for the Jazz last season.  He shot 47.1% from the field, including 39.8% from three point range.

The Celtics made the Eastern Conference finals this past season.
