The Boston Red Sox will open a four game series at St. Petersburg this evening. Chris Sale will take the ball in his last start before he will take the mound for the American League in the all-star game next Tuesday.
The Red Sox are 49-36 and four games ahead in the American League East. The Rays sit third in the division, 5.5 behind the Red Sox, and 1.5 behind the Yankees for second place.
