Luis Ayala is in the top 15 in the Nationwide Most Valuable coach contest by US Cellular. Ayala is not only in the top 15, he is leading the contest by four percent as of Sunday night.
Ayala is the boys soccer and wrestling coach at Foxcroft Academy. His teams have won six state championships, 10 regional championships, 11 conference championships, and have totaled over 400 wins.
For making the top 15, Ayala won $5000 for his school. U.S. Cellular in partnership with Samsung, will honor the Most Valuable Coach with a $50,000 Community grant. You can vote once per day until November 14th. To vote for Luis, click here.
