Kyrie Irving scored 25 points to lead the Boston Celtics to a 108-98 win over the Indiana Pacers Saturday night at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Indiana (11-9), played a very strong first half and led by nine at halftime. The third quarter was the turning point, as the Celts outscored the Pacers by 21 and took a 12 point lead. Indiana never got closer than eight points.
Irving added four rebounds and six assists for 18-3 Boston. Al Horford added 21 points, five rebounds, and five assists. Terry Rozier also chipped in 17. Myles Turner had 19 points and six rebounds for the Pacers.
Boston returns home and will host the Detroit Pistons Monday night at 7 p.m.
