Maine Maritime women’s basketball went on a 12-2 run in the first half and rolled to a 69-50 win over the University of Maine at Farmington (UMF) on Tuesday night.
Alayna Felix scored 12 points to lead the Mariners. Megan McLean added 11 points and five steals.
McKenna Brodeaur led the Beavers with 12 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.
Maine Maritime (3-1/1-0) will play at Husson on Saturday. UMF (2-2/0-1) will host Johnson State on Friday night.
