Tom Brady passed for 337 yards and threw three touchdowns Saturday night, as the New England Patriots dominated the Tennessee Titans 35-14 in an AFC Divisional Playoff game at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
After a slow start and down 7-0 after one quarter, New England (14-3) outscored Tennessee 21-0 in the second quarter to advance to their seventh straight AFC Championship game.
Brady went 35-53 passing with no interceptions. James White had one rushing touchdown, and also one receiving. Brandon Bolden also had a rushing score, while Rob Gronksowki and Chris Hogan also caught scores through the air. Dion Lewis rushed for 62 yards on 15 carries, while Danny Amendola caught 11 passes for 112 yards. Gronk caught six passes for 81 yards. The Patriots defense had eight sacks.
Marcus Mariota was 22-37, 254 yards, and two touchdowns in his first career playoff game. Derrick Henry was held to 28 yards on 12 carries. Eric Decker had six receptions for 85 yards, while rookie Corey Davis caught his first two career touchdown passes, and finished with five catches for 63 yards. Tennessee finishes their season at 10-8.
New England will host Jacksonville next Sunday in the AFC Championship game. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. The Jaguars defeated the Steelers 45-42 Sunday.
