Megan Peach scored in double digits in each game and averaged 12 points and 8.7 rebounds in helping the Husson Eagles women’s basketball team to a 2-1 week.
Those numbers helped the Eagles freshman earn North Atlantic Conference (NAC) rookie of the week honors.
Peach helped the Dexter Tigers win the class C regional championship last season. She was a three time Eastern Maine Sports athlete of the week winner.
Eagles freshman DJ Bussey averaged 22.7 points in three games and was named conference player and rookie of the week.
Maine Maritime junior Alayne Felix averaged 20 points, 8.7 rebounds, and four assists. Felix was named conference women’s player of the week.
