Sullivan, Holmes, Doyle, Wardwell, Selander, and Blackie nominated for swimmer/diver of the year

Voting for Eastern Maine Sports swimmer/diver of the year will start on Friday, March 23rd at 6 AM and go until Wednesday, March 28th at 6 PM. Below are the nominees.

Liam Sullivan– MDI- helped the Trojans win the class B state title. The junior set the 200 IM record with a time of 1:53.66. He also set a state meet record in the 100 backstroke with a time of 51.99. Sullivan was picked as Boys PVC Co-Swimmer of the year.

Camden Holmes– Ellsworth- won the 50 freestyle setting a state meet record of 21.16. The junior also won the 100 freestyle with a time of 47.35.

Kellen Doyle– Orono- Boys PVC Co-Swimmer of the year.

Anthony Wardwell– Bucksport- PVC boys Diver of the year.

Ava Selander– George Stevens- PVC girls swimmer of the year.

Teagan Blackie– Old Town- PVC girls diver of the year
