Outlook: The Raiders look to field a veteran squad that is ready to get back to the playoffs and make a deeper run than a year ago, where they ran into eventual State Champion Old Town in the quarterfinals. Gagnon and Demers will return as the regular battery with all nine starters back for a 2nd consecutive season. The Raiders will look to shortstop Sara Guimond and utility player Bailey Robbins to lead the way offensively.
Coach’s comment: This team has talent, experience and an amazing hunger. Scheduled to play the best of the KVAC B and a crossover with Messalonksee, we have a very tough schedule lined up which should prepare us well for the postseason. I think come June we will be ready to go after it.
