The Portland Sea Dogs won their first two home games of the 2018 season. They defeated the Binghamton Rumble Ponies 4-2 on Friday night behind a strong start from a rehabbing Drew Pomeranz. The Sea Dogs shutout the Rumble Ponies 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.
The teams were scheduled to finish the three game series on Sunday afternoon. That game was postponed due to inclement weather. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader on May 10th.
