Logan Sheridan ripped a game tying bases loaded double in the third inning and a RBI single late to help lead Oceanside to the 8-5 home victory over Lincoln Academy on Friday afternoon. Hunter Davis snapped a tie with a RBI single in the fourth inning followed by Titus Kaewthong’s two run double. Michael Dougherty pitched 3 and ⅔ innings, allowing two unearned runs to pick up the win and helped his own cause with a RBI single. Oceanside also cashed in on 10 walks in the win.
Basil White had two hits and a sacrifice fly, finishing with two RBI for Lincoln Academy, while Tiger Cummings had two singles and scored two runs for the Eagles.
