Foxcroft Academy Girls Soccer

2017 Record: 6-7-1

Head Coach: Chris Wesley

Info from coach Chris Wesley

Expectations: Coming off our first time qualifying for the playoffs in Class B, I am expecting another successful season. Despite only having 8 returning players from last year’s team, I feel the mix of the older players with the younger players will put us in good position by the end of the season.

Strengths: The team will be strong on defense along with good leadership from our midfielders and strikers. We will be inexperienced in some positions but will have some skilled offensive players that will help to put pressure on our opposing defenses.

Challenges: The team lost 10 players from last year’s team which makes this team on the younger side & with some inexperience. Play in a competitive Class B that has a number of talented players that present numerous challenges throughout the season.
