Jaron Gentle dished our two assists to Nolan Porter as the Houlton boys soccer defeated George Stevens at Houlton on Saturday afternoon.
Drew Foley had five saves for the Shires. Houlton (6-0-1) has won six straight games since starting the season with a tie. Houlton will play at Orono on Thursday. Owen Vinall scored on an assist from Richard Sanchez for the Eagles. Jed Sawyer had seven saves for George Stevens (4-3) who will look to snap a three game losing streak when they host Deer Isle-Stonington on Tuesday.
