October 6th, 2018- Mt. View 4 MDI 1
The MDI Trojans were able to hold the Mustangs scoreless during the first half but the Mustangs broke the seal on the goal shortly into the second half when Cassidy Pound beat the keeper near post to give the Mustangs the lead. Eight minutes later Elijah Allen found the net to give the Mustangs what would prove to be the winning goal. Reider Watson scored for MDI to bring the Trojans back within a goal. In the final 10 minutes Mt View got a goal from Andrew Savoy on an assist from Elijah Allen. Moments later Allen picked up his second assist of the game when he found Noah Jacobs on the left wing who buried the final goal. Ricky Nelson had a great day in goal for Mt View , while Ivan Andros minded the net for MDI.
