Matt Fleming has belped the Bangor Rams reach the class AA state championship game . On Sunday, the Bangor senior was named one of the finalist for the Mr. basketball award. The Rams will play Bonny Eagle in the class AA state championship game at 9 PM on Saturday, March 2nd at 9:05 PM at Cross Insurance Arena in Portland. Faith Blethen and Boothbay will play PVHS in the class C girls state game at Cross Insurance Center in Bangor this Saturday at 7 PM. Blethen joins Mackenzie Holmes (Gorham) and Anna DeWolfe (Greely) as finalists for Miss Maine Basketball. The winner of the awards to the best boys and girls senior basketball player in the state will be announced at a banquet on Friday, March 8th. Full list of finalists are listed below.
