The best of three series in Bangor to decide who goes to the NCAA Division III baseball tournament has now had their game times announced.
The Husson Eagles champions of the North Atlantic Conference, will host Baruch University the champion of the City University of New York Athletic Conference in a best of three series at the Winkin Sports Complex in Bangor to decide who heads to the national tournament.
Due to impending rain on Friday, Husson (26-14) and Baruch (15-17) begin the series on Saturday afternoon with first pitch at 1:30 p.m. Game two is scheduled for Sunday at 11 a.m. A third if neccessary game would begin at 2 pm also on Sunday.
The NAC and CUNYAC have a two year agreement to face off in a best of three series once their respective conference champion is decided for a trip to the NCAA tournament on the line. The NAC representative Husson is the host this season, while the CUNYAC champ will host the series in 2020.
