Back to back champion Jeff Hoak completed our first undefeated week of the 2019 NFL season. Hoak went 15-0 in Week 8 pushing him into a first place tie with Cassidy Lessner (12-3). Marc Calnan and Anthony DelMonaco both also went 12-3, and sit one and three games respectively behind Lessner and Hoak. Chris Lessner came in at 11-4 and is now six back of the leaders. Nothing stands out as a big time marquee matchup in Week 9. The Kansas City Chiefs do host the Minnesota Vikings, as Minnesota tries to keep pace starting the week one game behind Green Bay for the NFC North lead and the Chiefs try to rebound as they have stumbled losing three out of their last four games. New England also tries to stay unbeaten when they face maybe one of their stiffest challenges so far of the season when they go to Baltimore Sunday night to battle the Ravens. Below are the records from Week 8 and the season standings and the picks for Week 9:
Jeff Hoak 15-0/79-41-1
Cassidy Lessner 12-3/79-41-1
Marc Calnan 12-3/78-42-1/ 1 game back
Anthony DelMonaco 12-3/76-44-1/ 3 games back
Chris Lessner 11-4/73-47-1/ 6 games back
