Amid Corona Virus concerns on Thursday NCAA president Mark Emmert and the board of governors cancelled the remainder of the winter sports championships and spring sports as well.
This announcement comes along with the NBA postponing play indefinitely, and the same goes with the NHL. MLB has cancelled all remaining spring games, and postponed the start of the regular season at least two weeks. Other major sports like Major League Soccer is stopped for 30 days. NASCAR will continue their season without fans for now.
