Former University of Maine standout guard Blanca Millan has signed her first professional contract in an announcement made on Sunday.
Millan wasn’t taken in the recent WNBA Draft, but has inked a deal with the Washington Mystics with a training camp contract. The native of Santiago De Compostela, Spain was the first women’s player ever to win Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year in America East twice.
