Scotty Ferrie went 3-4 with a home run, double, single, and four RBI leading Central to a 10-6 high school baseball win over Foxcroft Academy on Friday afternoon at Central High School.
Ferrie also pitched six innings, giving up three earned runs and picked up the win.
Simon Allen added a ground rule double and single knocking in a run and went on to pitch the seventh to seal the victory.
Central jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the bottom of the first, added one in the third and fifth, and had another four run inning in the bottom of the 6th. Foxcroft kept it close by scoring two times in the second inning, one in the fourth, and three in the top of the seventh.
Levi Stedman led the way for the Ponies with a RBI double.
