Cassidy Lessner topped the leaderboard in Week 1 of the fifth annual weekly Eastern Maine Sports NFL pick’em contest. Lessner finished 12-4, followed in second by Jeff Hoak at 10-6. Chris Lessner was three games behind Hoak at 7-9, while Anthony DelMonaco was a game behind him at 6-10. A tough first week for Marc Calnan at 3-13, with plenty of time to recover. A few good divisional matchups highlight the Week 2 schedule, including the NY Giants at Washington on Thursday night. On Sunday New Orleans will be at Carolina, Buffalo is at Miami, and New England visits the NY Jets. Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers play their first home game of 2021 on Monday night with an NFC North battle against the Detroit Lions.
